Governors Jan Brewer (R-AZ) and Martin O’Malley (D-MD), co-chairs of the National Governors Association Special Committee on Homeland Security and Public Safety, spoke at the National Governors Association discussion in remembrance of the terrorist attacks of September, 11, 2011, as well as U.S. border protection and communities.
